• 4 lanes, each capable of independent 1GBaud to 56GBaud PAM4 and NRZ modulation.
• Available with RF pinouts that match popular driver chips.
• Compliant to IEEE Std 802.3df™‐2024 transmitter specification when assembled with suitable drivers, controller, lasers, and optical fibers.
• For use with 1 high power laser powering all 4 lanes. Contains optical power splitters to direct laser power to Tx lanes.
• Lane-by-lane Tx output light disable with optional built-in Tx output shutters.
• Singulated bare die or 8-inch diameter wafer.
